Cimmerians are a sub-race of humans who are accounted to be either the earliest human arrivals in Sanctuary or perhaps even native. Before the arrival of many of the other races, the Cimmerians lived along side the Fomorians -- not necessarily peacefully but with each to their own. The Cimmerians covered most of the mainland including what is now known as Raeyithia, Kraestret and Emlyn. They were believed to be comprised of loosely organized war-like clans.
