The outer city is Lethe - which means forgotten

The inner city is Aime - which means friend.

The entire thing is known collectively as Lethe'Aime ... or Forgotten Friend.

The walls are are called Ram Aime ... or the Wall of Friends. There have been some interesting adaptations on the word Ram and what that meaning is, as not everyone knows the meanings of ancient elven words. I'll let you guys get creative with that.
