Physical Description

The Jillhani are slender and tall for the most part, who with training they can reach a level of muscle definition none of the other races can compete with. In general these people give the impression of fluid power, in contrast with the wiry strength of the desert people and the physical mass of the snow people. Their skin is various shades of the pale and silver oriental pale to deeper browns for the Ji'Ken. Hair is almost always black, but is soft and wavy, worn long and loose by the river people and in complex styles of the Noble. Highlights of silver, midnight blue, burgundy and indigo can be found in their hair. Eye color is often shades of dark blue, lavender and pale green, with the occasional inky black.

Makeup: Most makeup used is eye makeup with complicated swirling designs on the face near the eyes. However rich and colorful tattoos predominantly with sea or snake scenes are highly prized.

Faces: The faces of the Jillhani are hard elegant beauty. Perfection that is almost cold, and in direct contrast to the snow people who's faces are approachable even for the harsh planes. Cheek bones are high, chins slightly pointed, ears sweep back from the face with a subtle webbed look. Eyes are large, and the women go to great lengths with makeup and markings to accent them.

Tattoo's among the Ji'Ken are even more predominant and their skin can often be a shade or two darker then the Ji'Coi or Ji'Mal.

Life span:  The maximum life span of a Jillhani is 170 years.  However many die earlier then this due to fighting, assassination, disease, etc.  The healthy Jillhani that has avoided such things can be expect to reasonably live to the age of 150 or more.

Height: Range between 6'1" and 6'7" for men and 5'10" to 6'5" for the women.
