flexible and can be woven into the sheerest of fabrics or thick warm cloth.
Consequently the Ji'Mal (Noble) and Ji'Coi (inner Noble) pay dearly for their raiment, but do not replace them often. both men and women can be found in either pants or skirts. Leather dyed deep blues and purples is often worn in conjunction with soft draping shirts, robes, gowns and skirts. They tend to coil their hair up with painted beads/shells or delicate silver clips. They wear cloisonné jewelry. Silk flowing light gown, no sleeves, small train following her along the floor, draped in silks that are semi transparent, loose silk dress, sandals, hair done up in piled braids, but only on the top no hair on the sides or back of her head. Formal attire, light drappy gowns for females, tight fitting pants with long, perhaps loose, tunics decorated with silver and red. Priests and temple servants wear ceremonial wraps around their chest and hips. Other versions of this are also worn in the house when no guests are expected. The Ji'Ken usually choose to wear simple leather creations to bare their often intricately detailed tattoos. Their hair is frequently worn long and loose or simply tied back away from the face. On occasion painted silken robes or gowns and sandals are worn for holidays or other special events. |
